The staff whom i had communication with prior to ordering was extremely Courteous, Responsive, Respectable and she went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the mock-up design of my business logo. It turned out 💯 Percent way better than I could have ever dreamed of! I will definitely be ordering a 2nd one for outside... Looks Ok…wasn’t what I would had expected the smaller letters had no LEDS…I got the 20”x6” maybe the smaller one they kinda skimp on ….crafted kinda ehhhh it gets really warm…the table top & keychains worst then 99cent store quality overall for price I can’t complain and SHIPPING TERRIBLE!…but did come well packaged looks like it came from overseas WRAPPED LIKE some kilos..customer service is ok..AGAIN I GUESS THE MORE YOU SPEND …IT MAYBE BETTER BUT THIS size it’s just OK…the O’s & D’s look the same 🤷🏾♂️..not to noticeable..LED’s bright I love they can be dimmed…Let’s see how long it last…but I will go elsewhere if I want better …
We were looking to add a neon sign. The pricing was good. The sign shipped quickly and came well packaged to avoid damage. It was easy to install. My only issue was that the remote did not come with a battery, which I had to purchase separately. I love the small sign stands and the key chains are pretty cool too.

I ordered this and was a little skeptical. I had a proof back in a couple days and the sign was at my door in about 3 weeks. It looks AWESOME!!! Everyone loves it too. The only issue would be that no instructions came with it. You have to figure the remote out on your own. Thanks again for a great sign. Going to use it a lot at the race track and displays.
